Do you think that both mexican and chinese immigrants should be allowed to live in the US? Or do you thing that only mexicans or only chinese...ian immigrants should be allowed? Or do you think neither should be allowed? What do YOU think?
Personally, I think that they should both be allowed. Is it really THEIR fault that they weren't born in the US? Or that they live in China, Mexico, or any other country? Obviously, the US is doing way better than those two countries. So, of course they will want to live somewhere where their children can grow up and have a better life than they did. Which is the key to this whole situation - all they want is a better life. So unless the US can find some way to get them a happy life in Mexico by making more jobs, better houses, more food, etc., why can't we just let them in the US for now? Imagine yourself in the shoes of one of those countries' citizens. What would you do? Would you stay there and suffer? Or would you try to get your family over to the US ASAP?

No! You should be able to have a say in whether you want to come to America or not. Many of these smuggled children and up alone and on the streets, having to work their poor butts off trying to send money back to their parents. Yeah, so their parents just want their child to have a better life. Has it ever occured that being separated from your family and having to work as hard as they can isn't exactly a better life? Unfortunately, that isn't really my definition of 'better life'. How do you think you'd feel if you had to work for 12/13 hours a day, 6 days a week or something? At your age right now? What if you never saw your family again?

The way I see it, if they want to get into America so badly, it's not like there's no way to get in legally. I know plenty of people who immigrated legally, so I don't see why the the majority of Hispanic immigrants can't do the same.
anonymous dude... u may be rich but the hoboes in mexico dont got no money... ok? i think that we shouldnt tighten up security cuz its hard enough to jump the fence ok? (ive done it once and im not doing it again) theres nothin wrong with asian (illegal) immigrants... after all thats how i got in.. i mean ummm well.... uhh... THREE HOBOES!!!
well, i think that people who werent born american should be allowed if they are going to do it the legal way. but illegal immagrants, whether theyre from mexico or australia, should NOT be allowed in the usa. (note; im not the same anonymous.)

Ok no offense to this article, but the reason illegal immigrants is soo bad is because they are taking jobs so legal citizens are finding it harder and harder to find jobs. there is a reason that the US only lets in a certain amount of legal immigrants a year so we don't get overflow of people. If a person really wants a better life for their family the y would you not do it legally so their kids wont have to pay if their parents get caught. and descriminating against races to see who can stay and who goes is the dumbest thing ve ever heard
